January 4:  Murphy protoes the return of Contests.  Goethe also
  proposes a Speaker-run contest around this time.

January 10:  Zefram registers, and immediately submits five linked
  CFJs that collectively bar all players from judging them.  Eris
  attempts to register, but is still within eir 30-day wait.

January 11:  Murphy proposes a scam of Rule 105 (which, due to
  Goethe's Red Tape Repeals, allows proposals to repeal rules
  regardless of Power).

January 22:  Goethe deregisters (in case eir deregistration via
  Writ of FAGE was unsuccessful).

January 29 onward:  Zefram and Goethe accuse each other (including
  a proposal and a CFJ) of being deemed and/or not deemed to be a
  human, banana, pineapple, and/or avocado,

January 31:  Zefram calls the first Civil CFJ (accusing CotC
  Cecilius of failing to assign eir five linked CFJs to a judge).

February 7:  Cecilius deems emself to be deregistered.

February 11:  Murphy's Red Tape Scam and GreyKnight's coat of arms
  are adopted.

February 23:  Goethe registers.

February 26:  The Pineapple Partnership, a legal person comprised
  of Zefram and Goethe, allegedly registers.  The courts eventually
  declare this successful.

March 7:  Levi registers.

March 12:  Murphy protoes unmerging the offices of Assessor, Director
  of Personnel, and Registrar.

March 13:  Michael deregisters.

March 21:  Zefram is installed as Rulekeepor.

March 22:  Cecilius deregisters.
