July 23: Murphy proposes the repeal of Cards, due to lack of volunteers to catch up on the heavy paperwork. July 25: Goethe proposes four large proposals. * The Argent Tincture Repeals (later the Lion Rampant Repeals) simplifies patent titles and degrees. * The Red Tape Repeals eliminates some offices: Registrar, ADoP -> merged into Herald Assessor -> merged into Speaker Justiciar -> repealed and replaces several officer election rules with Agoran Consent. * The Constitutional Repeals converts Rule 101 to a bill of rights, and repeals some more odds and ends. * Judicial Reform reiterates the Rule 101 bill of rights, and re-casts rule violations in terms of contracts. August 20: OscarMeyr protoes Voting Credits. August 28: Goethe's four proposals are unanimously adopted. September 6: GreyKnight registers. October 26: Voting Credits are adopted. December 1: Conditional Votes are adopted. December 12: Eris attempts to become inactive, notices that one of Goethe's proposals repealed it, and deregisters instead. Maud follows suit. December 15: Goethe publishes a Cantus Cygneus. This triggers a CFJ on whether e can be deregistered for it (the Writ of FAGE procedure involves the no-longer-defined Registrar). CotC Murphy ends up getting a win by paradox out of it: * CFJ assigned to Goethe * Writ of FAGE procedure attempted * CFJ allegedly assigned to Goethe * Goethe judges FALSE, implying that e is not the judge * Sherlock judges TRUE, implying that e is not the judge December 18: root deregisters. December 20: sproingie registers. Manu sets up a MediaWiki for Agora. December 22: Cecilius registers. December 24: Peter registers. December 26: GreyKnight creates an Agoran coat of arms.
