Crito Proposes "Making On Hold Safe Again". 7/15 Blob protoes "Ease the Quorum Burden slightly.", then Proposes "Use it or lose it.". 7/16 Macross protoes allowing the Speaker to declare Without Objection that Voting on a given Proposal is free, or that a given Proposal has passed. 7/17 Voting on Proposals 3769-3771 has ended. All fail quorum. Blob Proposes "A collection of small fixes.", Skimming a bit off the top.", and "The Voting Tariff". CALLS FOR JUDGEMENT ------------------- 7/13 Harlequin makes emself ineligible to Judge CFJs. Presumably this disqualification is permanent (unless the Rules change so that it ceases to have effect). OFFICES ------- 7/16 Nominations begin for Registrar. Michael Nominates for Registrar. 7/18 Steve, Blob, and Blob are Elected Accountor, Archivist, and Assessor (respectively) by acclamation.
